Pokemondex covers over 1,350 Pokémon, every alternate form, more than 900 moves and a growing Trading Card Game database. At that scale mistakes get through, and reader reports are the main way they get found. If something on a page looks wrong, please tell me — it is genuinely useful, not a nuisance.
Corrections are much faster to action when the report includes the page URL, the specific value that looks wrong, and what you believe the correct value should be. A note on where your figure comes from — which game, which generation, or which competitive format — helps more than anything else, because a great many apparent errors turn out to be real differences between game versions.
The most common reports are stats that changed between generations, move sets that differ between Scarlet & Violet and earlier titles, and regional forms listed under the wrong generation. All three are worth sending even if you are not certain.
Game data on Pokemondex — base stats, type matchups, learnsets, evolution conditions, encounter locations and Pokédex flavour text — originates from the main-series games and is reconciled against publicly available community datasets. Trading Card Game pricing is indicative market value refreshed daily, so it will not always match a specific marketplace listing at a given moment.
The editorial writing on each page — biology, behaviour, competitive analysis, name and design origins — is written for this site rather than aggregated from elsewhere. If you think a section reads as inaccurate rather than merely debatable, that is worth a message too.
Pokemondex is maintained by one person alongside other work, so replies are not instant. Data corrections and broken pages are looked at first, usually within a few days. General questions, suggestions and partnership enquiries take longer. Every message is read, even where a reply is not practical.

Yes. New Pokémon, regional variants and Mega forms are added as data becomes available, and a request usually moves something up the queue. Tell me the exact form name and which game it appears in.
Usually because the two sites are describing different generations. Base stats, type matchups and move sets have all been rebalanced across generations, and a figure that is correct for Scarlet & Violet may be wrong for Sword & Shield. If you can tell me which game you were checking against, the discrepancy is normally quick to resolve.
They are indicative market values refreshed daily, not live listings. Treat them as a guide to what a card is broadly worth rather than a quote for a specific transaction.
